Inspiration: Semi-dried means the flavour is more intense, but this still needs to be cooked. So many options, but a paella would soak this up so nicely, or even sliced, then sauteed and added to a creamy cauliflower soup for something fun and exciting at the bottom of the bowl for your diners.
