Gamekeepers Morcilla Black Pudding 400g

Based on a traditional Spanish recipe, more heat forward with a mix of peppers and paprika, and a hint of cinnamon and sultanas. We have added our own mix of herbs and spices that brings a really well-rounded mouthfeel and rambunctious flavour.

Inspiration: The same size as a traditional sausage, it is more crumbly in texture when cooked, perfect for tapas, drinkies by the fire-pit and nights of European inspiration.

Provenance: All made in-house by our chefs, with our own special family recipe, handed down through the ages!
