Stir Fry Beef Strips 1kg

Tender fine strips of beef for a quick and easy meal. Expertly cut in-house from the topside (from the inside of the hind leg) so extremely lean. 

Inspiration: These strips cook incredibly quickly - heat oil in the wok until it starts to smoke. Add the beef strips and a selection of seasonal vegetables, while constantly stirring. The meat should be cooked until all sides are caramelised, which will ensure the centre part of the strips remain pink.
